Policy for Reporting to Probation
Report times are 8:00 AM-11:00 AM or 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
*It is at the discretion of your Probation Officer whether or not they will see you if you show up late
Your report day is based on the first letter of your last name
1st Wednesday: A-E
2nd Wednesday: F-L
3rd Wednesday: M-R
4th Wednesday: S-Z
*we do not take reports on the 5th Wednesday of the month
- If you are ordered to report in person please fill out this form online if you want to possibly save some time before you come in, or it will be provided for you in the Probation Department. The form will then need to be placed in the mail box of the Probation Officer that is assigned to you. Your Probation Officer will then call you back to their office when they are ready.
- The first time you fail to report is a warning. If you miss two reports in a row, an automatic bench warrant will be issued for your arrest.
- Please arrange time and transportation for all appointments (work schedule, other appointments, or lack of transportation are not acceptable excuses.)
- Please bring with you any community service hours you have, AA meetings and/or treatment updates
REPORTING via EMAIL (THIS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY YOUR P.O.)
If you are given the opportunity to report by email, please fill out the online form and send it to your P.O. along with any other documents that he/she may want to see.
