The Lenawee County Recycling Drop Off Site located at 307 River Street in Adrian is once again open and functioning properly.

The site experienced a temporary closure due to a mechanical issue related to extremely cold weather temperatures. With warmer conditions, the system is now operating as intended. Lenawee County thanks residents for their patience and understanding during this weather-related interruption.

Residents are also reminded that three additional recycling drop off locations are available throughout the county, providing convenient alternatives:

• 125 E. 2nd St., Onsted

• Bachmayer Parking Lot, N. Lane St., Blissfield

• 100 Block of Mechanic Street in Hudson, next to the trail

These locations are part of Lenawee County’s efforts to expand recycling access and improve service countywide.
