The Lenawee County Landbank Authority is seeking proposals/bids on the demolition and abatement for the property located at 140 W. Main Street in Addison, MI. 

Sealed proposals are to be submitted to:

Re: 140 W. Main St. Addison Building Demolition
Dropped off or shipped: 301 N. Main Street, Adrian, MI 49221

Deadline:

Proposals must be received no later than 10 AM local time, on Thursday, August 14, 2025 for all bid categories. 

Project Walk-Through:

There is a project walk-through scheduled on Tuesday August 5, 2025 at 9 AM at the project site. Visiting the site is a requirement to bidding. If you are unable to attend contact Krieghoff-Lenawee to set up a time to visit the project site.
