The Tecumseh Senior Center will temporarily relocate while renovations take place at its current home inside the Hayden Mill Building. The property’s owner is restoring and updating the building, and construction work is scheduled to begin soon.
During this time, the Senior Center will operate out of the Tecumseh United Methodist Church, located at:

We are working closely with the church to ensure a smooth transition, and our goal is to have the new temporary location ready for operations starting September 8th.
What You Need to Know
- All services will continue. Congregate meals, activities, and programming will still be available — just in a different space.
- This move is temporary. Once renovations are complete, the Tecumseh Senior Center will return to its home inside the Hayden Mill Building.
