NOTICE OF CLOSEOUT PUBLIC HEARING

FOR MICHIGAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDING

FOR 2 B PERFECT/ THE B HIVE LLC

Lenawee County will conduct a closeout public hearing on April 12, 2023 at 1:35 pm at the Lenawee County Commission Chambers, 301 N. Main Street, Adrian, Michigan, for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to submit comments and receive a final report on the completion of the 2 B Perfect / The B Hive LLC, CDBG grant.

The CDBG grant provided funding to assist in job creation at 2 B Perfect / The B Hive LLC, creating a total of 9 FTE jobs. The CDBG project benefitted at least 51% low to moderate income persons; no (0) persons were displaced as a result of the project.

Interested parties are invited to comment on the project in person at the public hearing or in writing. Citizen views and comments on the CDBG project are welcome.

Written comments may be submitted in advance of the hearing to the County Administrator's Office, 301 N. Main Street, Adrian, Michigan 49221.

Lenawee County will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) days notice to Lenawee County.
