Join the Lenawee Department on Aging on Monday, May 5th at 2 PM for a Caregiver Support Group session focused on "Navigating Family Conflicts and Misunderstandings as You Maneuver Your Role as Primary Caregiver." This thoughtful and informative session will be led by Kathy Johnston Betzoldt, M.A., Licensed Professional Counselor, who brings both expertise and empathy to the conversation.
This session will explore:
Common sources of tension among family members
Communication strategies for difficult conversations
Setting healthy boundaries
Coping with guilt, blame, and unmet expectations
Whether you’re new to caregiving or have been supporting a loved one for years, this support group offers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who understand your journey.
