The WISEWOMAN (Well Integrated Services & Evaluation) Heart Healthy and Diabetes Screenings is a program for women currently enrolled in the BCCCP that teaches them how to reduce and/or prevent their risk of heart disease.
- Who Can Get Help: Women in Lenawee County age 40-64 years who meet income guidelines and are uninsured or underinsured. Women must be enrolled in Lenawee County Health Department's Breast and Cervical Program.
- Services: Free cholesterol and diabetes tests. Teaches women how to reduce their risk of heart disease and diabetes by making healthy choices
