    The average training hours per certified officer are twenty-eight (28).

    We had a wide range of training for 2007.  Some of the training included:

    Also included in this training is Firearms Training, which includes handguns, patrol rifles, shotguns off-duty weapons and re-certifying on taser guns.

    Some of the above listed training has been through the Southern Michigan Criminal Justice Training Consortium.  This Training Consortium includes all the police agencies in Lenawee County, except Michigan State Police and the majority of the police agencies in Jackson County.
