Register of Deeds

The Register of Deeds Office records various official documents affecting property ownership such as; Warranty and Quit Claim Deeds, Land Contracts, Death Certificates, Wills and Probate Orders, Mortgages and Liens, Land Surveys and Land Corners. The Register of Deeds also handles the filing of personal property such as Financing Statements, recordings of other official documents can also be made.
