The Lenawee County Health Department offers an immunization clinic every Wednesday by appointment.  A wide variety of vaccines are available to protect children and adults from many types of diseases including:

  

Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Human Papillomavirus, Polio, Chickenpox,

Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Haemophilis Influenza B, Typhoid,

Meningitis, Rotavirus, HPV, Shingles and Influenza

 

Special FLU CLINICS are held in the fall.

  

Immunization Clinic Hours are:

1st and 3rd Wednesday - 10 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 5:45 PM

2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesday - 8:15 AM to 12 Noon and 1 PM to 4:30 PM

 

Vaccines are available at no charge for children eligible for the Vaccines for Children Program.  These children must be 18 years and younger and:

  

1.   enrolled in Medicaid,

2.   have medical insurance that does not cover any portion of their immunization,

3.   have no medical insurance,

4.   be an American Indian or Alaskan native,

5.   have medical insurance but have exceeded the annual cap for preventive care.

 

An administrative charge is assessed for each vaccine, all others will be charged at our cost.
