The Family Planning clinic provides contraceptive services to anyone in need of birth control. Available methods of contraception for females include condoms, oral contraceptives, injections, the patch, IUDs, diaphragms, and vaginal rings. Pap smears, pregnancy testing and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections are available as needed.
The Family Planning clinic is held on Tuesday's, by appointment, and walk-in clients are seen only if appointment slots are available. Services include physical exam, as well as education and counseling, on reproductive health, contraceptive methods and sexually transmitted infection. All services are confidential.
Supply Clinic(s): Birth control supplies can be obtained on Monday (2 PM - 6 PM) and Thursday (8 AM to 11:30 AM). The Supply Clinic(s) are WALK-IN CLINICS.
Program eligibility: Family planning services are available to anyone of childbearing age in need of birth control. Program fees: All Family Planning services are on a sliding fee scale based on current poverty guidelines. There is no fee for anyone within 100% of established poverty guidelines or less. No one will be denied services because of inability to pay.
